SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 179, THIRD SERIES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 179, THIRD SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2017 FEE SCHEDULE <br />AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 161, THIRD SERIES <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 28, 2016, Ordinance No. 179, Third <br />Series was adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 179, <br />Third Series, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the Council repeals <br />Ordinance No. 161, Third Series (2016 Fee Schedule) and sets fees for Municipal Sewer, Water, <br />Recycling, and Storm Water Rates, Commercial Site Plan Review, Storm Water and Drainage <br />Trunk Fees, Building Permit, Municipal Connection Fees, Connection to Sewer System in <br />Adjacent City, Sewer and Utility Projects, Signs, Fence Viewer Fees, and Golf Rates to be <br />effective during the calendar year 2017. <br />A printed copy of the 2017 Fee Schedule Ordinance is available for inspection by any <br />person at the office of the City Clerk during the City's regular office hours and on the Orono <br />City website at www.ci.orono.mn.us. <br />APPROVED & ADOPTED for publication by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota this 28th day of November, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />Diane Tiegs, City Clerk <br />Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
