Recommend a width and placement for the proposed trail <br />2. Identify cost effective construction materials <br />3. Further analyze the need for retaining walls <br />4. Avoid points of conflict with existing utilities and power poles <br />5. Establish a budget for both Construction Costs and to perform final design <br />Bolton & Menk Inc.
