4. Funding. The study would be funded from the 2016 Park Operating Budget. The Minor <br />Park Improvements Line has $4,000 available. For the trail itself, if approved, this could be <br />funded by the Park Fund which has a projected balance for EOY 2016 of approximately <br />$870,000. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve Bolton and Menk to conduct a feasibility study for a trail along North Arm Drive for a <br />fee not -to -exceed $3000. <br />2 <br />
