Cl Decline — The City pays for mandatory training but is not willing to incur the <br />additional cost of paying for travel to non mandatory training. The increased cost to <br />the City to pay for travel time would reduce the number of training opportunities that <br />the City could afford. <br />U2 The Union renews this request but limits travel time to 2 hours per incident <br />unless previously arranged if distance was excessive. <br />The Union reserves the right to add to; remove; or modify issues in this proposal to reach an agreement. <br />
