9. ARTICLE XXV POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH CARE SAVINGS ACCOUNT <br />25.1 Each employee shall participate in the Minnesota Post Employment Health <br />Care Savings Plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statues section <br />352.98. All funds collected by the employer on behalf of the employees shall <br />be deposited into the HCSP. , g Each employee <br />shall contribute 2% of salary to the HCSP. The employer shalt deduct this <br />amount from each payroll check. Upon termination of employment 1.00% of <br />severance pay, as that term is defined in this Labor Agreement, shall be <br />deposited into the HCSP. <br />Change the amounts etc. decided by the membership after discussion. <br />Add a section as follows: <br />25.2 The Employer shall deposit an amount equal to 2.0% of an em to ee's <br />bi-monthly wages into the em to ee's PEHCSA on a monthly basis. <br />9.
