This letter does not apply to other types of contamination that <br /> may be present on the subject property. <br /> This approval qualifies you under Minn. Stat. § 115C.09, subd. 2(a)(3) (1994) to be eligible for <br /> Petrofund reimbursement of eligible cleanup costs. Applications for reimbursement must be <br /> made directly to the Petrofund. Decisions regarding Petrofund reimbursement are made by the <br /> Petro Board.
