Additionally, the City allowed 22 "other boats" on
the property. This is a total of 98 boats, maximum density, on
land and/or water. Your current application proposes 77 boats in
the water and 140 "other boats" on the property, for a maximum
overall boat density of 217.
In addition to the 98 boats previously mentioned, the City in
the past has licensed you for 80 winter storage boats in place of
the boats in the water during the summer. Your application is
unclear as to whether all 140 "other boats" you propose are for
for winter storage. It would appear from an inspection earlier
in the spring that you had approximately 156 boats on the
property. And, it was our impression that approximately two-
thirds of those were winter stored boats so that in any event you
are exceeding the winter storage allowance referred to above.
And, you are exceeding the allowable boats for summer use as
well.
TELEPHONE-473-7357 FAX-473-010
