Neighboring dock use area shall not be encroached, maintaining a <br /> minimum 15 foot side setback from the dock or watercraft moored to <br /> the dock. <br /> f. Subject to inspection by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Water Patrol <br /> to assure no hazard to navigation exists. <br /> g. Red reflective material shall be applied to end and all sides of <br /> dock when extended beyond 100 feet in open water. <br /> 2. During the low water period the LMCD encourages residents of two or <br /> more adjoining sites to combine their authorized dock use areas for <br /> a single common dock, for their respective non-commercial private use. <br /> The side setback requirements must be maintained at the outer site <br /> lines of the combined sites. No more than four restricted watercraft <br /> may be stored at such a dock without a multiple dock license. <br /> 3.
