The shazed dock is 130 feet in length from <br /> cynthia L.Hegany �e shoreline with 90 feet consisting of a permanent dock structure. The LMCD <br /> Gary L.Crippen Executive Director sent you a letter on December 4,2002 giving you notice of the <br /> Frank J.Walz <br /> Sc;ot�P.Moai variances granted on neighboring properties, and encouraging you to submit an application <br /> Jeannice M.Reding for a variance and possibly a new multiple use perm.it application.
