A copy of this opinion is attached for your reference. <br /> Since it is our intention to continue sharing a dock with the Blombergs, we respectfully <br /> request that the LMCD Board grant an adjustment to our dock use area and consider <br /> waiving the fees to allow for a dock to reach 4' of water. It should be noted that the <br /> shared dock length would be limited to the shorter length of the respective dock use <br /> areas, cunently 130'. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
