RESOURCE REVIEW <br /> Resource Review <br /> The following resources were reviewed to supplement the wetland field delineation: <br /> National Wetlands Inventory: <br /> The National Wetlands Inventory(Appendix A. Figure 2)identifies one PEM1 C wetland within the property. <br /> USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service Soil Survey: <br /> The Soil Survey of Hennepin County, MN (Appendix A. Figure 3) identifies two hydric soil units, Muskego <br /> muck and Tadkee loamy fine sand, within the property. <br /> Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Public Water Inventory: <br /> The MN DNR PWI for Hennepin County, MN (Appendix A. Figure 4), identify Minnetonka-Crystal Bay and <br /> French Marsh (South) adjacent to the property. The Ordinary High Water Level (OHW) of Lake <br /> Minnetonka-Crystal Bay is located at an elevation of 929.59' (NAVD88). <br /> 30 Day Rolling Precipitation Data: <br /> A review of the 30 day rolling precipitation data collected from the University of Minnesota Climatology <br /> Working Group (Appendix D) indicate that precipitation totals for the previous weeks were above average <br /> in the vicinity of the project area.
