We have done substantial landscaping around the fence. It is well-made and was <br /> professionally installed, with the prior approval of the City of Orono offices. We feel that <br /> we have proceeded correctly in seeking prior approval before actually building the fence. <br /> In discussing the matter with our lawyer, may we suggest a workable compromise since <br /> we should not be penalized for an error we did not make.
