' <br /> THE NEW AGGREGAT� DRIVEWAY SHALL BE GRADED INTO AN EXISTING SLOPE <br /> RANGING FROM 10-20X THAT DRAINS INTO THE NORTH DITCH OF C0. RD. 51 . <br /> CUTS SHOULD AVERAGE AROUND 3.5 - 4 FEET DEEP FOR THE DRIVEWAY AREA. ' <br /> FIELD EVALUATION BY THE ENGINEER SHALL DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT ANY <br /> EXCAVATED MATERIAL CAN BE USED AS FILL FOR THE PARKING LOT GRADING. <br /> THE HOtDING POND SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN A LOW AND PERIODICALLY ' <br /> FLOODED WETLAND AREA. THE BOTTOM OF PROPOSED HOLDING POND IS TO BE <br /> EXCAVATED 6 FEET BELOW EXISTING GRADES. SOILS IN THIS AREA CAN BE t <br /> EXPECTED TO BE HYDRIC IN NATURE. THE SITE CONNECTS TO A LARGER MARSH <br /> AREA LOCATED TO THE NORTH VIA A CULVERT UNDER C0. RD. 51 . <br /> C. PUMPING OR BAILING ' <br /> IF, DURING THE CONSTRUCTION, WATER SHALL BE FOUND OR WATER FILLS <br /> TRENCHES OR BOTT�1 OF EXCAVATIONS BY REASON OF GROUNDWATER, RAIN OR ' <br /> ANY OTHER CAUSE, THE SAME SHALL BE PUMPED OR BAILED BY THE CONTRACTOR <br /> AND EXCAVATIONS KEPT FREE FROM WATER WITHOUT EXPENSE TO THE OWNER <br /> UNTIL COMPLETION OF THE WORK. <br /> D.
