Development shall be horizontal jetting and <br /> simnl�neous air-lift pumping(reference.F.G.Drisc;oll,Groundwater and Wells. 1986,pg.520). <br /> The outside diameux tt�e jeaing tool shall be 1.0 inch in diameter less than the inside diameter � <br /> of the scrxn.
