No other admixtures will be allowed. <br /> 3.2.8 Test Pumn and Accessorv Eauinment <br /> � The Concractar shall vide a st um com lete with con <br /> pi'o te p p p trols with a muumum capacity of 100 <br /> gpm against a total head of approaimately 60 fcet for use in the new well. The discharge rate <br /> , sLa11 be controllable over a range from ZO w 100 gpm. The proposed <br /> method of drawdovm measurement shall be approved by the Engineer. <br /> , 3.2.9 Submersible Pumn <br /> 1 The submersible pump shall be a Gn�nfos 40S20-7 or ap�oved equat set at approximately 70 feet <br /> below grade. 'Itie pump bowls, impellers. guide vanes, and filter screen shall be Type 304 <br /> stairiless sceel. Each impella shall have a teflon seal ring around its eye or skirt to reduce <br /> ' hydraulic losses. There shall be teflon shaft bearing located either above a below each impeller. <br /> Inlet assembly shall be equipped with a Type 304 stainless steel filter screen. Pump shall include <br /> a stauiless steel nameplate with the pump model stamped into it It shall be affixed to the pump. <br /> � 3.2.10 Submersible Motor <br /> ' Pump motas shall be squirrel-cage induction designed for submersible operadon in conformance <br /> with NEMA Standards. All materials in contact with the pumped fluid shall be constructed of <br /> Type 304 or 316 s�inless steel or Viton. The motor shall not use any oils or greases for bearing <br /> � lubricarion. A fleuble Viton diaphragm shall be provided to permit expansion and conuaction <br /> of the intemal motor lubricating and cooling fluid The motor shaft seal shall be conswcted or <br /> � Viton. A sand slinger constructed of Viton shall be included. The pump motor shail be as <br /> manufacwred by Franklin or approved equal and operate with 230 volt, single phase elecuic <br /> service. <br /> � 3.2.11 Droo Ave <br /> � The dtvp pipe shall meet ANSJ/AWWA E101-88 Standards(Sec.B-4.5). The drop pipe diameter <br /> shall be 2-inches. The first section below the well t�ad and the last secaon above the pump may <br /> be sharter sections. The top of the drop pipe assembly shall be properly adapted to connect to <br /> � the sarface plate. <br /> , TS•3-3 _ <br /> � <br />
