THE CONTRACTOR <br /> SHALL ALSO MAINTAIN SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA, SAMPLES AND ALL <br /> OTHER SUBMITTALS. THE ABOVE ITEMS SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE <br /> ' CONSULTANT AT HIS REASONABLE REQUEST, AND TWO SETS OF RED LINED <br /> AS-BUILT BLUEPRINTS WITH 2 COPIES OF ALL PROJECT DOCUMENTS IN A <br /> 3-RING BINDER SHALL BE DELIVERED TO THE PARK DISTRICT AT THE <br /> CONCLUSION OF THE WORK. <br /> ' D. CHANGE ORDERS <br /> , 1 . WITHOUT INVALIDATING THE CONTRACT, THE PARK DISTRICT MAY ORDER <br /> CHANGES IN THE WORK WITHIN THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT, <br /> CONSISTING OF ADDITIONS, DELETIONS OR OTHER REVISIONS. WITH THE <br /> CONTRACT SUM AND/OR SCHEDULE BEING ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY, IF <br /> ' NECESSARY. ALL SUCH CHANGES IN THE WORK MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY <br /> A CHANGE ORDER PRIOR TO COMMENCING THE WORK AND MUST BE <br /> PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. A CHANGE <br /> ' ORDER SIGNED BY THE CONTRACTOR EVIDENCES HIS AGREEMENT WITH A <br /> CHANGE ORDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED T0, ANY ADJUSTMENT IN <br /> THE CONTRACT SUM AND/OR SCHEDULE INCLUDED IN THE CHAN6E ORDER. <br /> ' 2. A CHANGE ORDER MAY RESULT IN AN INCREASE, DECREASE OR NO CHANGE <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT. IF THE PARK DISTRICT AND THE <br /> CONTRACTOR CANNOT AGREE ON THE COST OF A CHANGE, THE <br /> ' CONTRACTOR, UPON RECEIVING A WRITTEN ORDER SIGNED BY THE PARK <br /> DISTRICT, SHALL PROMPTLY PROCEED WITH THE WORK INVOLVED. <br /> THEREAFTER, THE CONSULTANT SHALL DETERMINE THE COST OF THE <br /> , CHANGE ON THE BASIS OF THE REASONABLE EXPENDITURES AND SAVINGS <br /> OF THOSE PERFORMING THE WORK AND ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE CHANGE, <br /> INCLUDING A REASONABLE ALLOWANCE FOR OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
