Orono - Claim No.: PC0031814) <br /> Hi Christine, <br /> At the June 19, 2014, hearing Mr. Henke moved the court to stay state court proceedings pending his civil action. I <br /> objected to the stay.The judge denied Henke's motion. <br /> Also, attached please find a letter that Henke handed to me from a doctor in the HCMC Eye/Ophthalmology Clinic, <br /> Pamela Voelker. According to the letter, Ms.Voelker recommends"no heavy lifting for 2 weeks" from June 18, 2014. <br /> As you recall, Henke had two weeks from the date that he received the list of violations that needed to be fixed to <br /> comply with the code. In light of Ms.Voelker's recommendations, I suggest that we give Mr. Henke until July 16, 2014, <br /> to comply. That will allow 2 weeks of recovery, and give Henke 2 weeks to comply.
