Lyle Oman, Building Official knocked on Mr. Henke's <br /> door to hand-deliver the enclosed letter and attachments. Mr. Henke did not answer the door <br /> and Mr. Oman placed the envelope on the outside of the exterior screen door. I did not get out <br /> of the vehicle and took the photo below from the inside of my car. The letter was also sent via <br /> certified mail and regular first class mail. <br /> .� .
