Handrail, treads, and newel post caps to be <br /> stained, other millwork painted. New Closet at olcl stair down to Basement. <br /> ❑ SECOND FLOOR: Salvage all removed doors and hardware, verify suitability for <br /> relocation. All millwork painted except Den 212 stained. Paint all walis and ceilings. <br /> Verify condition of all windows for rot repair and refinishing.
