After we move, contractoxs will do asbestoS abatement on the old building,demolish it and then do the landscaping and paxking lots. We need to ask for your cooperation during the move and through the spring. Please pay careful attention to this memo. � We would love your assistance moving boxes, furiuture and eqzupment. Sign up at the front desk. On Sunday,March 3,we'll have a moving party/pot luck, 1-7 pm. Help move boxes in the afternoon and bring a dish to share. Or just bring a dish to share. (We need all the help and sustenance we can get.) • Moving Sale–all kinds of MCA stuff–Feb. 13-27 in the Gallery • If you have personal properry here—including fuiished or unfinished art pxojects—take it home befoxe February 28. The old building will be fenced off and completely inaccessible during asbestos abatement and demolition. Anything left in the old building will disappear with the building. • We anticipate that the phones may not be functioning for periods on Feb. 28 and/or Maxch 1-4. But you can email us at information�u,minnetonkaarts.org or re�istrationnea,minnetonkaarts.org. • Classes start March 4 in the new building (except for Ceramics,Photography, Sculpture arid Glass). They staxt March 18. Register early! � Parking will be scarce until June 15 while the old building is being demolished and landscaping is completed. Please carpool if possible. Be considerate of others... paxk efficiently. Do not park in fire zones! • Accessibility to the new building will be limited until June 15. Please call the office if you have special needs. • The main entrance to the new building will not be accessible until June 15. Enter on the East or West end.
