If there are any changes in size, <br /> scope, elevations, structural loads, use, or nature of the building from <br /> those outlined in the Introduction of this report, or if our <br /> understanding of the project is incomplete or incorrect, it is necessary <br /> that you contact us so we can review our recommendations to determine if <br /> they are applicable. If we are not given the opportunity to review any <br /> changes in the design, then the recommendations presented in this report <br /> shall not be considered valid. <br /> We determined the soil and groundwater conditions at 13 (or 12???) <br /> locations on this site. The subsurface conditions that we describe and <br /> discuss. in this report are pertinent only at the boring locations and <br /> under the environment at the time of our field exploration. We <br /> encountered variations in the subsurface conditions, and it is likely <br /> that additional variations exist that cannot be determined from our <br /> borings or from our site reconnaissance. These variations would not <br /> become apparent until construction excavation is started.
