The following is a brief recap of our discussions. <br /> Occupancy: This building/facility will be considered as Single Use <br /> • Main floor occupancy will be considered Group E-1 Occupancy, used for classrooms. <br /> • Upper floor will be considered Crroup E-1 Occupancy, used for classroom, offices and library. <br /> • Basement floor can be considered Group E-1 Occupancy and occupied for storage and utility <br /> purposes only. <br /> Separation: Occupancy separation will not be required. <br /> Const. Type: The existing building will be considered as Type V-N. <br /> Allowable Area: For Type V-N: <br /> • Group E-1 =9,100 s.f. - 1 story maximum. <br /> For Type V-1 hour: <br /> • Group E-1 = 15,700 s.f. -2 stories. <br /> A two story, Crroup E-1 occupancy requires 1 hour rated consuuction for a Type V structure. To <br /> satisfy this requirement we will be allowed to substitute a sprinkler system for the one hour <br /> construction. <br /> Construct 1.to build,form,or devise by fitting parts or elements together systematically.2.to draw.3.a)an idea or percepUon <br /> resulting from a sense,impressions etc.b)a concept or theory devised to integrate in an ordedy way the diverse data of a phenomenon. <br />
