Provision of evidence of stormwater management plan approval from the Minnehaha <br /> Creek Watershed District. <br /> 6. Dedication to the City of public roadway for North Arm Lane and North Arm Drive <br /> West. <br /> 7. Granting of a partial temporary cul-de-sac easement over the northeasterly portion <br /> of Lot 1. <br /> 8. Creation of covenants for Lot 1 for protection of drainfield sites, including protective <br /> langua.ge for alternate septic sites along with site plans locating both primary and <br /> altemative sites, and alerting future property owners of the need to protect sites on <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> 9. Execution of a Subdivider's Agreement providing for the installation of drainage and <br /> stormwater facilities required as a condition of subdivision approval, and posting of <br /> security to ensure that these required improvements aze completed to the City's <br /> satisfaction, the design of said improvements subject to approval of the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> 10. Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing <br /> of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of$400.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat of North Arm Overlook, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide to the City evidence of <br /> an access easement in favor of applicant's properry over the 33' privately owned <br /> comdor adjacent to the east side of the properiy;except that at such time that a road <br /> and utility easement over(or fee title to)the 33'corridor is obtained by the City,this <br /> condition shall become null and void. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
