Among other items documented in earlier letters, the roof was also an area of <br /> concern. The problems resulted from the failure to run the plumbing and bath fan vents <br /> throu�h the roof. The result was excessive moisture in the attic. The repair was to <br /> remove the roof covering and sheathing. The trusses had to be coated with a kilz type <br /> product to kill the mold which had grown on the framing surfaces. The sheathing, <br /> insulation and roofing had to be replaced.
