You have indicated that 3-bedroom single faatily dwellings
are proposed for the lots.
Based on the resuYts of the soii boriags and tha;percolation
tests, it is our opinion that soil,; Water,;,,;tabls;,° and soil
absorptivity conditions encounteredar,ttitab, forinstalla-
tion of in3ividual sanitary systems i"th a da„#ield as
the soil absorption unit for each of the lots.
A minimwa of 200 square feet of abaorp, '` eA `` eT'badroo
will be required on each lot, based on.theasured rstes. For
 the proposed 3-bedroom homes, a minimus;,,of 600 square feet •
of absorptive area will be required. I. is our opinion that
the underlying soils are in a stata somexhat drier than
normal and durin periods of noraial conditions percolation
rates may be somewhat higher. For this roason, we would
recommend a minimwn of 800 squara feet of absorptive area
for each lot. This requirement could be met by four 30-inch
wide trenches 80 lineal feet in length each. Mith 7-foot
center to center spacing.
