It will have <br /> a 10 foot gable height <br /> • I am placing the shed on a portion of my lot that is an asphalt parking area. <br /> • The new shed of 200 sf will keep the total accessory building square footage under 1000 sf(which is the <br /> limit I believe for my 0.5 acre property.) <br /> • My property is oddly arranged. The front of my house faces west where as the street is on the north. I do <br /> not have a typical front-yard/back-yard arrangement. I also have a "two-level" lot. The house and <br /> paved area are on the hilltop and the remainder of my lot is down the hillside to the east. <br /> • I need to put the shed on the north side of my house in the parking area to keep the shed on the same <br /> level as my house for maximum utility. <br /> The attached jpeg image shows you my lot(photo from the Hennepin county property website) and the future <br /> location of the 200 sf storage shed(in yellow). <br /> If I am okay to proceed,please let me know. <br /> I have left a voicemail for each of you today Thursday August 3. <br /> Please call me at your earliest convenience with your comments or questions.
