A requirement of the <br /> permits for the pool and cabana was submittal of an as-built survey. We still hold an escrow of <br /> $5,000 pertaining to the projects. In order to begin the process for the release of the escrow, an <br /> as-built survey must be submitted. Final grading and landscaping must be done prior to <br /> submittal of an as-built survey. Attached is a copy of our survey requirements.
