On the day you stopped in to sign <br /> the covenant your wife, Barbara, was not available to sign. You and I discussed this and decided to <br /> remove Barbara's name from the signature block. I thought this would be an acceptable solution. <br /> Today I received a notification from our attorney that both you and Barbara must sign the agreement in <br /> order to properly record the document at Hennepin County. <br /> In order to resolve this issue we have drafted a new document for signature. It would be very helpful if <br /> you and Barbara would sign the enclosed, revised, agreement before a notary and submit it to me at <br /> your convenience. I apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience this may have caused. <br /> Additionally, the City currently holds an escrow for the pool, cabana and septic system projects in the <br /> amount of $5000. As soon as the projects have been completed, including completion of the final site <br /> grading and vegetation establishment, an as-built survey should be submitted for our review. Once <br /> verification of compliance with the approved ptans is completed via the as-built survey the escrow can <br /> be released.
