Cornick stated based on the comments of the May,he would give Mr.Tufaa the house that he wants and that thcy should go ah�ad with it. Watsh etatod the applicant has chosen to push the design th�y wa�and th$t he would not agxce with the two curb cuts. Walsh indicated he still has issues with the 34 feet when it should be 50 feet and that he slso has an issue with hugging the lot line. Walsh stated i�the garage were in the front,t�ey would have plenty of room for parking. Walsh noted his car has rear view backup atui tb�at it is not necessary far someone t4 tiun around. Walsh stated the applicants have chosen th�eir owa ori�atation,which is their choice to do,but that he does not agree with it. Printup stated the temporary construction aceess should also be included in the resalntion. Crustafsan stated the temporary access will be used for the excavation and deliveries. The caxpenters and other workers will use t�e other road. Printup stated he would i�e to h�ar more about the curb eut issu�e�nd why the new City Engine.er interpm�ts the languag,e a different way tl�siu how it was interp�+eted in the past. C�utie stated she cannot really speak to how that process happened but that it was happening at a Staff Ievel. Whea the City�ceived a couple of inqusres last swnmer about it,Edwards stated he would be more oflmfort�ble bringir�g the issue to the Council. G�rtis not�d the application on Sh�dywood was brought befo�e the Council and t3�at a few other applicants o�ted not to go before the�ouncil to reque�t two curb cuts. Walsh stated two curb cuts will impact the neighbozhood more and that it should be brought before the Crnuicil.
