C�utie stated she cannot really speak to how that process happened but that it was happening at <br /> a Staff Ievel. Whea the City�ceived a couple of inqusres last swnmer about it,Edwards stated he would <br /> be more oflmfort�ble bringir�g the issue to the Council.
