I have copied the <br /> code section below. <br /> There is a requirement that no permits can be issued for any additions or additional structures constructed until there is <br /> a compliant septic system. I have also copied the code section for permits below.Our records show that your system is <br /> probably non-compliant and would require a Compliance Inspection at the point of sale to verify it's status. Until you <br /> have a Compliance Inspection completed you will not be able to know exactly where your system is. If the system is non- <br /> compliant you won't know the location of the new system until you have a designer find a buildable location for their <br /> design.Also,the system will need to be installed before you can do any additions to your house or additional buildings.
