Upon inspection of roof deck,all rotted or broken roof decking will be replaced <br /> at an additional cost of($45.00) per 4'x 8'sheet or($4.00)per linear foot roof board. <br /> 4. Install ice and water shield barrier in accordance with Building Code, 6 feet up eaves <br /> on heated areas and 3'wide up valleys. <br /> 5. Cover entire roof area with 15 Ib. Shingle base underlayment U.L.approved. <br /> 6. Install 24"extra wide 26 gauge galvanized metal valleys in all valley areas. <br /> 7. Nail and install shingles, boston hip and/or ridge according to manufacturer's standard <br /> roofing application and specifications. <br /> 8. Clean up and remove all debris from entire yard. <br /> 9. Perform magnetic sweep of grounds for nail pick-up. <br /> 10. Include all necessary permits and applicable taxes. <br /> 11.
