MrNUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1984 . PAGE 1 ATTENDANCE 7 :00 P.M. The Orono Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Buter, Council- members Frahm, Adams and Hammerel. Councilmember Grabek arrived at 7 :14 p.m. City Administrator Benson was absent. Zoning Administrator Mabusth, City Attorney Malkerson, City Engineer Cook, Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson, and City Recorder Sutton represented the City staff . CONSENT AGENDA* Mayo� Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda* subject to removing items 12 agd 13 from the Consent Agenda* for discussion with all staff reports concerning these items reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the original copy of these minutes on file in the City Clerk' s office. Motion, Ayes (4 ) , Nays (0 ) . APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to apprflve the Council minutes of July 9 , 1984 . Motion, Ayes (4 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . LARE MINNETONRA CONSERVATION DISTRICT REPORT Jo Ellen Hurr was not present. A memo concerning a boat tour was passed out to the Council for their information. PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS Pla�ning Commission Representative Sime had no comrnents. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments #712 JAMES HARTZELL 2987 CASCO POINT ROAD FINAL SIIBDIVISION RESOLUTION #1657 Zoning Administrator Mabusth presented thefinal plat for the Hartzell Addition. Mabusth stated the reason for the long delay since preliminary approval was created by engineer questions dealing with lot right of �ay. Councilmember Adams moved, Councilmember Hammerel seconded, to approve Resolution #1657 , A Resolution Approving The Plat of Hartzell Addition. Motion, Ayes (5 ) , Nays (0 ) . #844 DAVID WILLITS 1900 WEST FARM ROAD VARIANCE Councilmember Adams noted for the record that he was vacating his Council seat because of a conflict of interest.
