REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL HELD APRIL 23, 1984_ PAGE 7 <br /> #820 LONIE FISR <br /> 493 PARR AVENUE <br /> VARIANCE Lonie and CurtisFisk were present. Lonie Fiskstated <br /> that he hadn' t received any of the papers promised at <br /> the last meeting. <br /> � Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br /> seconded, to table the Fisk variance application until <br /> May 14 , 1984 Council meeting to allow applicant to <br /> review the neighbors submittals. Motion, Ayes ( 5 ) , <br /> Nays (0 ) . <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted the following <br /> items given to the applicant at this meeting: <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth memo dated April 18 , <br /> 1984 . <br /> Exhibit A - Survey of undeveloped lots <br /> Exhibit B - Sketch of setbacks <br /> Exhibit C - Resolution #1354 <br /> Exhibit D - Purchase Agreement <br /> Exhibit E - Work Sheets <br /> Exhibit F - Neighbor ' s Position Paper <br /> Exhibit G - Acknowledgement Sheet <br /> City Attorney Radio stated that any other information <br /> should be sent certified mail to both Lonie Fisk <br /> (applicant ) and Curtis Fisk (owner ) . <br /> #822 HOWARD JOHNSON <br /> 1635 CONCORDIA STREET <br /> SRETCH PLAN REVIEW - <br /> CONCEPTUAL DIRECTION TO <br /> APPLICANT FOR PRD Howard Johnson was present. Helen Trainer of 1675 <br /> Concordia Street, Donna Belowski of 1695 Concordia, <br /> Dick Catton of 2870 Pheasant Circle, Paul Bozonik of <br /> 1795 Concordia, and Roger Dahlin of 1685 Concordia <br /> Street were present. <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that she had <br /> brought this application to the Council for conceptual <br /> direction to the applicant for proposed 9 unit PRD. <br /> Mabusth stated that the applicant has responded to the <br /> excessive hardcover created by the attached 9 units <br /> within the 75 ' -250 ' setback area by creating two <br /> retention ponds. Mabusth stated that with this PRD <br /> the applicant is forced to ask for a hardcover variance <br /> of 28$. <br /> Mayor Butler read the PRD regulations of the City: <br /> "the purpose of the Planned ResidentialDevelopment is <br /> to enhance the appearance of neighborhoods through <br /> preservation of natural open spaces , to counteract the <br /> effects of urban congestion and monotony, to provide <br /> cohesive structure to neighborhood design, to offer <br /> recreation opportunities close to home, and to aid and <br /> improving the welfare in general of City residents . <br />
