Hork stated that he <br /> has complied with all the City' s regulations and that <br /> he has been continually delayed. <br /> Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, to <br /> direct staff to draft the rezoning agreement within 48 <br /> hours so that the building permit can be issued. <br /> Motion, Ayes (5 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember Frahm <br /> seconded, to approve Resolution #1623 subject to #1 <br /> being deleted and adding that the applicant put in <br /> screening. Motion, Ayes (5 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> #829 DEAN LINDBLOOM <br /> 2630 FOX STREET <br /> REQUEST TO BUILD DOCK Dean Lindbloom was present. Zoning Administrator <br /> Mabusth stated that the applicant lives on Fox Street <br /> but is requesting to build a dock on Tracts T and S on <br /> Lake Minnetonka. Mabusth stated that Lindbloom has <br /> purchased this tract of land with an existing dock that <br /> is in disrepair. Mabusth stated that his principal <br /> residence is on Fox Street. <br /> Councilmember Adams stated that the applicant is <br /> asking the City to approve something illegal. <br /> Mayor Butler asked if the former owner owned only the <br /> riparian outlot. <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated yes and that the <br /> owner lived in Minneapolis. <br /> Councilmember Adams stated that the neighbors should <br /> get together and apply for a joint use dock license. <br /> Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember Harnmerel <br /> seconded, to table the request until after the Marina <br /> Committee has reviewed the joint use dock license from <br /> the neighbors.
