What we are doing here is this motion is <br /> vacating properties that are shown as public <br /> platted right a way, and thats fine if thats what <br /> the council wants to do . But if that is the <br /> council ' s intent is however to insure that the <br /> public has the right to fish off of this area <br /> called outlot to City by contract , as to whoever <br /> owns it whether or not Gregory or Gregory and Duff <br /> o�an it with an easement back to the City to allow <br /> the publi.c to qo there , they are so intertwined <br /> that I , if you could make a position on that it <br /> would help us . If you want the public to be able <br /> to by rights in this deal however you put it <br /> together , to be able to fish off this outlot to <br /> city by contract then fine please so state . If <br /> your motion is not too , then we know that we can <br /> tell Larry Berg to create that as a outlot back to <br /> Gregory anc-3 Duff and staff will know what <br /> direction to go with this . <br /> We have to have an answer because we get to the <br /> practical problem of how we draw that plat next <br /> week so therefore we have to have an answer , <br /> whether or not to the riqht a way on that plat goes <br /> right on down to the l�ke or whether the right of <br /> way stops and that little red strip over there on <br /> the right is shown as an outlot . Now this is a <br /> practical mechanical question . <br /> Mayor Butler - Ok , we have a motion in front of us <br /> and I am calling for the vote . All those in favor <br /> signify by saying Aye- Butler , Adams & Hammerel <br /> voting Aye- Frahm and Grabek voting Nay- Motion <br /> passes . <br />
