In the meantime without <br /> the City agreeing or binding themselves to <br /> anyone ' s ownership rights in that area , we could <br /> have some sort of agreement where no one is waiving <br /> anything but if land is owned by someone , it has <br /> got to be any or maybe several of a certain group of <br /> people , and they can alI get together and somehow <br /> agree with the City on a matter of policing that , I <br /> don ' t know Bruce , if it is legally possible to <br /> appoint the City as an agent to handle that sort of <br /> prob.lem or not but if it were maybe that could all <br /> be taken care of , and maybe other things could be <br /> done so the City is not waiving anything but the <br /> problem could largely be alleviated , and we <br /> could all look upon this as a moratorium period for <br /> study . Where we do certain acts to see what has an <br /> affect , in the meantime the Gregory' s can go on <br /> with their home or the building---------------- <br /> Mr . & Mrs .
