But I <br /> haven ' t seen anybody here supporting that <br /> position , and as f_ar as I can see the only people to <br /> be supporting on this particular question is to be <br /> the tresspassers . <br /> � Mr . George Capp - I think we should look at it this <br /> way, I don' t think we are qoing to stop the <br /> tresspassers , the fisherman aregoing to continue <br /> going on there and I am human just like you , there <br /> are some of them that are very nice , I think the <br /> question here is the parking . It certainly does <br /> not add to commerce , it doesn ' t , I don ' t see <br /> anybody parking there going across there to buy <br /> something or promoting the area . Other than <br /> picking up beer cans , that is the only thing it <br /> adds to . I do think the question is , should they <br /> park there or should they not park there . Because <br /> I think we are all fooling ourselves when we try <br /> and say they are qoing to stop walking down the <br /> railroad track or walking across the posted <br /> property or not . But I do think it is time that <br /> the council be counted and if the DNR is an issue or <br /> if theyoverrule the issue , thats fine at least you <br /> stood up and you did what the citizens are asking <br /> you to do . <br /> Mayor Butler , but in my wildest dreams cannot <br /> imagine how upset you would be if we allowed the <br /> DNR to take over control of it and they would in <br /> their states rights etc . <br />
