My wife has a <br /> cleaning lady who comes once a week and rides with <br /> other w�nen who �aill not turn into that street , <br /> they drop her off on County Road 15 . The <br /> congestion is caused by parking whether it is in <br /> that lot or along County Road 15 it is just a big <br /> headache and dangerousness of that corner . And <br /> if you want to know what my real position about <br /> County Rd . 15 is , I am a great one for <br /> beautification and I think that stretch of land <br /> between , or that stretch of County 15 between <br /> where you first see the lake for the first time <br /> which is where Orono Lane is and onto Navarre <br /> probably should be a reduced to a scenic parkway it <br /> is one of the prettiest drives in the Twin Cities . <br /> I am very concerned that if you do close the <br /> parking there , without posting as I think all the <br /> fishing access is really inappropriate there <br /> because of the natural dangerousness of that <br /> corner , that is a blind corner , it is just <br /> absolutely blind , and that what needs to be done is <br /> to close off the fishing there entirely as far as I <br /> am concerned and to post no parking in such a way <br /> that it is unattractive to people to want to walk <br /> far enouqh to fish , and I guess that means posting <br /> no parkinq all along County Road 15. There <br /> certainly at Orono Lane which is to narrow to park <br /> on anyway , and Orono Orchard Road and I do believe <br /> people will get the idea . It seems to me they <br /> could be missing --------------all these years <br /> and Idon' tknowif thatmeans ------------------- <br /> -.
