Butler moved , <br /> Adams seconded to approve the side setback of 3. 5' <br /> and hardcover variance . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays <br /> (P1) • <br /> #696 HILDUR HOLLANDER <br /> 250 Hollander Road <br /> Preliminary Subdivision <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed for the <br /> Council the Preliminary Subdivision application <br /> of Mrs. Hildur Hollander . Mrs. Hollander was <br /> present. <br /> Van Nest moved , Hurr seconded , to approve the <br /> preliminary subdivision per Planning Commis- <br /> sion' s recommendations subject to staffs <br /> inspecting the possibility of a private driveway <br /> easement through lot 3 and 4 to serve lot 5, <br /> council is concerned with direct access to County <br /> Road 5 off lot 5. Motion, Ayes ( 5) - Nays (P1) . <br /> �698 MARVIN SEIBOLD <br /> 1699 North Farm Road <br /> Variance <br /> Mr . Marvin Seibold and his attorney Mr . Bob <br /> Mitchell was present for this application. <br /> Councilmember Tim Adams wanted it stated in the <br /> record that he was a parterner in the farm that Mr . <br /> Seibold purchased and he did not feel he had a <br /> conflict of interest, if anyone on the council <br /> felt he did , he would step down. Council saw no <br /> problem and decided it would be acceptable for <br /> councilmember Adams to stay seated at the council <br /> table. <br /> Van Nest moved , Butler seconded , to approve a 30' <br /> lakeshore width variance for lot 6 blk 1 subject to <br /> the filing of an amended Flowage and Conservation <br /> easement permitting construction of a joint or <br /> single residential dock per L.M.C.D. standards. <br /> Applicant is to work with staff in determining the <br /> best method ofreaching shorelinewithlimited use <br /> of hardcover . Dockage limited to two slips. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Councilmember Adams <br /> abstained . (1) . <br /> �699 WILLIAM WEAR <br /> 2160 Wayzata Blvd. <br /> Variance <br /> Mr . Kevin Gonyea representing Q Petroleum was <br /> present. <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed the <br /> variance application with the council . <br />
