SchleeBuildersformally requests the City to <br /> install the internal improvements as a City <br /> project . subject to completion of thefeasibility <br /> study and to subsequent Developer ' s Agreement <br /> with the City which will stipulate the agreed upon <br /> design plans and assessment formulas , including <br /> an assessment appeal waiver . Schlee Builders <br /> understands that such an Agreement and Assessment <br /> Waiver must be signed prior to final plat approval <br /> and/or ordering of actual construciton . <br /> 4 . Schlee Builders agrees that if the <br /> Developer ' s Agreement and Assessroent Waiver is <br /> notsignedwithinsixmonths , SchleeBuilders will <br /> reimburse the City costs of the engineering <br /> feasibility study . Motion , Ayes (5 ) - Nays ( 0) . <br /> BIG ISLAND REPORT <br /> City Planner Alan Olson rep'orted that he and Mike <br /> Gaffron. Septic Systems Manager and Couneil- <br /> member Hurr took a boat trip out to Big Island to <br /> review all the lots and the conditions of the <br /> septic systems . A photo was taken of all the <br /> properties and will be kept on file in the City <br /> Office . <br /> Olson reported that the Island was in better shape <br /> than he expected and he didn ' t find that many <br /> problems . He then reviewed with the council the <br /> various development densities for 6 subdividable <br /> properties , and for the existing vacant lots . <br /> Owners from the Island will meet at the Orono <br /> Council Chambers Wednesday , June 30 . 1982 at7 : 30 <br /> P .M. . <br /> CDBG ' <br /> RESOLU?I011 #1391 <br /> Frahm moved , Butler seconded � to adopt the <br /> Resolution �1391 written by Mr . Larry Blackstead <br /> to support the Westonka Senior Citizen Residence <br /> to be located in Mound behind the Our Lady of the <br /> Lake Catholic Church .
