Council also <br /> requestedthatthisbeimplementedbyamending the <br /> zoning codetopermitmini-storageasanaccessory <br /> use through a conditional use permit . Such <br /> structures would be subject to all required <br /> setbacks , a single structure , concrete block , <br /> landscaping improvements , changes in curb cuts <br /> and installation of grassed boulevard . This <br /> will require Mr . Martin to file a formal <br /> conditional use permit with the City . Motion , <br /> Ayes (5 ) - Nays (0) . <br /> #5$5 SCHLEE BUILDERS <br /> 3660 SHORELINE DRIVE <br /> RESOLUTION #1390 <br /> Mr . Russ Fierst was present to represent Schlee <br /> Builders and City Planner Olson reviewed with the <br /> council the Subdivision application . <br /> Van Nest moved , Hurr seconded � to conceptually <br /> reapprove the preliminary plat design for double <br /> homes based upon the sketch �2A indicating an <br /> internal cul-de-sac . with all access direeted at <br /> Blaine Avenue. A public information meeting <br /> will be called at the July 12 , 19$2 Council meeting <br /> to review this decision with the neighborhood . <br /> In this motion Council also ordered afeasibility <br /> study for the City Engineer to review designs , <br /> costs and possible assessment formulas , with the <br /> cost of this study to be paid by Schlee Builders if <br /> the development does not go foward . <br /> Also in this motion the following conditions were <br /> listed : <br /> 1 . Schlee Builders generally agree to proceed <br /> with a subdivision layout similar to Sketch #2A . <br /> sub�ect tofinal Council determiniation after the <br /> public information meeting . <br /> 2 . Schlee Builders agrees to extend any prior <br /> deadline for review of the preliminary plat and <br /> for Couneil action on the final plat to allow <br /> completion of the feasibility study and <br /> completion of final plat documents . <br />
