Motion Ayes (4) Nays (0) Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to reduce the West Ferndale area $613 making the total unit cost $19,584 . Motion Ayes (4 ) Nays (0) Hurr moved, Butler seconded to reduce the Orono Lane by $1 , 935 per unit making total unit cost of $12 ,546 . Motion, Ayes (4) Nays (0) , Hurr moved , Butler seconded, to reduce the Marinas project $177 per unit making a total unit cost o� $5 ,223 . Motion, Ayes (4 ) Nays (0) Butler moved, Frahm seconded, that there will be no rebate on the North Shore Drive project because it was under- assessed in the beginning. Motion Ayes (4) Nays (0) Magor VanNest moved, Frahm seconded, to agpoint COUNCIL APPOINTMENT George Rovegno to council . Motions Ayes (2) Nays (2) Motion Fails Mayor VanNest moved, Frahm seconded, to table this subject until next meeting. Motion, Ayes (4) Nays (0) City Attorney Malkerson reviewed with the City MEDINA SEWER PROJECT Council a resolution and agreement from the City of Medina concerning the Medina-Morningside Sanitary Sewer Project stating that the City of Medina has omitted the Keller property from the project, per the request of the City of Orono. Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the agreement as submitted with the stipulation that the City of Orono would not be paying until it is approved by City Administrator Benson. It was to be noted that Councilmember Hurr abstained from voting on this matter. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Councilmember Hurr abstained.
