REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, NOVEMBER 9 , 1981 Page 1� <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, reviewed with CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> the City Council the conditional use permit request 3925 Watertown Road <br /> of Loren Butterfield, 3925 Watertown Road, dated #659 <br /> November 3 , 1981. Loren Butterfield <br /> Mr. Butterfield was present to review his application. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br /> conditional use permit request of Loren Butterfield, <br /> 3925 Watertown Road, per the Planning Commission <br /> recommendations of October 19 , 1981 , subject to the <br /> condition that Building B be rebuilt to 98 ' X 24 ' . <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator, reviewed with RECONSIDER MOTION <br /> the City Council the request of William Sexton, 1495 Greentrees Road <br /> 1495 Greentrees Road, for a reconsideration of a William Sexton <br /> previous Council motion concerning the caretaker ' s <br /> house at the above location. <br /> Mr. Sexton was not present. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to table the <br /> request of William Sexton, 1495 Greentrees Road, <br /> for a determination of the caretaker ' s house being <br /> lived in at present and what hardship exists that <br /> necessitates a delay of removal of the house until <br /> May, 1982. Staff to notify Mr. Sexton that the <br /> City Council does not look favorably on extending <br /> the date of removal of the house and also the City <br /> Council does not look favorably on the certificate <br /> of occupancy being issued for the new house while <br /> the caretaker ' s house is still there. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> John Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator, presented TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br /> the City Council with a memo concerning the traffic #12 & Old Crystal Bay <br /> signal being installed at Highway #12 and the Old <br /> Crystal Bay Road dated November 4 , 1981, which states : <br /> The construction of the turn-lanes, installation of <br /> storm sewer, final grading on slopes and in ditches <br /> and temporary striping has been completed. There <br /> will be seeding done and possibly some sodding, if <br /> possible this fall. Final paving will be done in <br /> early summer, 1982. The latest report has indicated <br /> that the traffic signal may be installed and working <br /> as early as January, 1982 , weather permitting. <br />
