It is staff's understanding that the required <br /> off-street parking stall to the east side of the garage has been installed with a gravel base. As <br /> you will remember, .your approved site plan also required a realignment of the driveway.with <br /> a straight alignment to the street. <br /> In order to meet the intent of the code as meeting required off-street parking, the two stalls <br /> within the garage were to be for the parking of automobiles. The garage is still used for the <br /> storage of snowmobiles and other materials. <br /> All required site improvements must be completed by May 15, 1994.
