Approval of the Council was conditioned on three off-street parking stalls
being maintained, two within the garage and one to the immediate east of the garage.
The City staff must ask that all violations of Resolution#3370 be eliminated. All materials and
equipment stored in the garage are to be removed by Tuesday, August 9, 1994, the required
connection fee payments made to the City by August 15, 1994 and confirmation from a
contractor that the required site improvements have been scheduled and to be completed no later
than Wednesday, August 17, 1994. Failure to meet the deadline for the completion of the
improvements or the elimination of all violations of the resolution will necessitate the City
scheduling your mother's conditional use permit/variance application before the City Council at
their August 22, 1994 meeting.
Please contact my office at your very earliest convenience so that we may resolve all outstanding
issues.
Sincerely,
\_ 11.'-v'-Ji%'
....''
Jeanne A.
