Obviously the problem is an internal <br /> one at this end and I apologize for indicating that it had not been <br /> recei�•ed. <br /> �s the designated liaison between the Schaol Board and the <br /> varic�as cities within our district , I did not respond because I <br /> had not seen the plan until February 9th. Idy files show �esponses <br /> to the other four cities. <br /> Even though �ve ;�ill be very late in our response, we do hope <br /> the Rietropolitan Council will stil2 permit us to review and com,�nent <br /> on the Plan .
