CONDITIONAL USE & <br /> VARIANCE <br /> Mayor Van Nest : The City cannot grant a variance to 3220 Navarre Lane <br /> an application that is not a permitted or conditional (Continued) <br /> use . The use of this property must conform to the <br /> code . <br /> Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to request staff to prepare <br /> a resolution of denial for the variance and conditional <br /> use permit request of ,7ohn Muehlberg and John Arnott for <br /> 3220 Navarre Lane to be presented at the Council meeting <br /> of March 9 , 1981 . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Hannah seconded, to table the INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONL <br /> request of the First National Bank of Navarre for Navarre Bank <br /> industrial revenue bonds until the March 9 , 1981 <br /> Council meeting at the request of the applicant. <br /> Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Paurus moved, Hurr seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1250* <br /> #1250 , Tax Forfeited Lands Released For Public Tax Forfeit Lands <br /> Sale . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to table TAX FORFEIT LANDS <br /> until the Council meeting of March 9 , 1981 the HENN. COUNTY POLICY <br /> request of Hennepin County regarding policy <br /> changes on transfer of tax forfeited land to <br /> governmental subdivisions. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br /> Nays (0 ) . <br /> Glenn Cook, City Engineer, reviewed with the City INFILTRATION/INFLOW <br /> Council the letter from Michael Lynch, Bonestroo, ANALYSIS <br /> Rosene , Anderlik & Associates, regarding the <br /> Infiltration/Inflow analysis, dated February 9 , <br /> 1981 . <br /> Glenn Cook, City Engineer, reviewed with the City EASEMENTS <br /> Council the status for 1980-LS-1 & LS-2 easements . 1980-LS-1 & LS-2 <br /> Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, reported on the <br /> status of the Robert Wagner easement progress. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Hannah seconded, to approve an <br /> $8 , 750 final settlement of easement acquisition <br /> including tree placement and maintaining drainage <br /> for Robert Wagner . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest reported to the City Council on the MINNEHAHA CREEK WATER- <br /> February 5, 1981 Minnehaha Creek Watershed District SHED ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> Advisory Committee Meeting. Their next meeting will <br /> be held March 5 , 1981 at 7 : 30 P.M. <br />
