No comments from the Park Commission. PARK COMMISSION Mr . Gary Desentis, representing Sailor ' s World SAILOR' S WORLD MARINA Marina, discussed the marinas 1981 license application. Mayor Van Nest : The City needs to know who the City is licensing for this operation and who the boats belong to. It appears to the City that there is a dual use of the property involved. We need to know exact number .of boats and we have to identify parking facilities and who is the responsible person to be licensed. City standards have to be met at this location and for this operation. Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to direct staff to identify use of property, number of boats, who they belong to and parking facilities . Motion, Aye s (5) - Nay s (0 ) .
