Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hannah seconded, to give preliminary <br /> approval to the s�te plan at 3701 Shoreline Drive <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Legal lot combination for tax purposes prior <br /> to building permit approval <br /> 2. Submittal of complete plans and a conditional <br /> use permit application for the bridge linking <br /> this parking lot with the church property. <br /> 3. Submittal of complete plans for grading, land- <br /> scaping and surface water skimmer for review <br /> by staff and City Engineer prior to building <br /> permit approval . <br /> 4 .
