All fill to be moved out of the wetlands to a <br /> distance of 26 ' . At completion, the entire fill <br /> area must be 26 ' from defined wetland. <br /> 2 . All concrete chunks and cement blocks buried to <br /> allow adequate maintenance . <br /> 3 . The remaining fill area to be graded such that no <br /> slope exceeds 4 : 1. <br /> 4 . Entire disturbed area to be reseeded. <br /> 5. Hay bales to remain in place until corrective <br /> work has been completed and the ground cover has <br /> taken hold. <br /> 6 . Subject area may never be used as a fill site again. <br /> 7 . All corrective work is to begin as soon as the road <br /> restrictions are removed. Laurent was present ta review his application. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br /> request for a preliminary subdivision of John Laurent, <br /> 625 North Ferndale Road, per the Planning Commission <br /> recommendations, as follows : <br /> 1. Access to Lot 2 is via a platted 46 ' wide corridor <br /> 2 . Access to Lot 1 must be approved by the City staff - <br /> approved access area may only be located along the <br /> north side of Lot 1 . <br /> 3 . Flowage and Conservation easement over the designa�ed <br /> wetlands. <br /> 4 . Underlying road and utilities easement acquired by <br /> City over Lotlot A. <br /> 5. Payment of a park dedication fee in the amount of <br /> _ $400 .00 - $200 .00 per lot. (Continued) <br />
